About Us
Harmony Behavioral Health, Inc. (HBH) is a URAC accredited, managed behavioral health care organization that provides a full range of innovative, comprehensive and value-oriented mental health and substance abuse services through a network partnership of public and private stakeholders for the WellCare Group of Companies serving Medicaid, Medicare, CFC, ABD and SCHIP members.
HBH currently manages over 110,00 enrollees in New York; and WellCare's Health Plans in Florida, Connecticut, Louisiana, Illinois, Indiana, Georgia, Ohio and Missouri.
Goals
| (1) | Advance public/private partnerships to provide high-quality behavioral health care services and optimize accountability |
| (2) | Integrate behavioral, medical and pharmaceutical care into a cohesive delivery model serving the needs of our members |
| (3) | Enhance member choice of behavioral health providers through a contracted network of inpatient and outpatient practitioners |
| (4) | Improve member access to and delivery of quality behavioral care services to enhance patient satisfaction, and |
| (5) | Provide improved clinical outcomes according to community standards |
