The Harmony Behavioral Health Web Portal
Introduced in October 2005, the Harmony Behavioral Health web portal provides participating behavioral health providers the opportunity to register and use the many useful features and functions on our secured web pages, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Aside from general information regarding the company, articles on behavioral health topics, useful forms and various links to other web sites available to all users, the web portal allows registered users to check member eligibility, review the status of claims and perform many other useful functions that save time and money.
Helpful Reminders
- Always verify member eligibility before providing behavioral health services
- Determine whether or not the member has other insurance coverage and coordinate benefits when appropriate
- Become familiar with health plan member benefits, co-pays, deductibles and coverage limits
- Only request and provide behavioral health services that are medically necessary
- Check remaining services under open authorizations before requesting additional behavioral health services
- Submit claims within the filing timelines and ensure that all required fields are completed and the information is accurate
Registration is Quick and Easy
Harmony Behavioral Health encourages our participating provider network to take advantage of our easy-to-use web portal instead of making a telephone call to check member eligibility, obtain claim status and other useful functions. Simply go to the “REGISTRATION” tab and follow the prompts.
